A Data Reporting Certificate will showcase the analytical rigor in your data. Before providing a certificate we review the following:
- Details of the statistical analyses (data conform to test assumptions, test used and p value adjustments are described)
- Results (sample size, precise p values and number of in-laboratory repetitions provided, effect sizes described, error bars and plot elements defined)
The Data Reporting Certificate is especially useful if your paper contains:
- Comparisons between multiple groups
- Figures depicting data from multiple measurements
- Figures containing bar graphs and/or center values and error bars
- Figures describing the results of statistical analysis (e.g., p values, CI)
