If you are not receiving AJE emails, such as those we send when your order has been completed, your email provider may be sending them to your SPAM folder. To ensure that you receive our emails in your inbox, please add support@aje.com to your contacts list. Because each email provider is different, please refer to your email provider’s help pages for more information about accessing and adding contacts to your contacts list.
You may also need to ensure that the email you used when you registered on aje.com was entered correctly and is still valid. If the email address you enter as a user name contains an error, such as name@email.comm instead of name@email.com, you will not receive our messages. Likewise, if you have moved to a new university or institution please verify whether the email address linked to your AJE account is still active.
If you need to update the email address affiliated with your AJE account, please log into your account and click on the "Account" tab to submit a new one.
