What do I do if the table that AJE formatted is not formatted correctly?

If you have ordered our Table Formatting service and have received a negative comment about the formatting of the table(s) that we returned to you, please contact us and send the following files:

• The table files that the journal reviewed
• The journal editor's or reviewers' comments

Once we have that information, we will evaluate your request and contact you with a solution within one business day.

If you ever have a question about why we formatted a table a certain way or have found errors, please contact us. We will reply within one business day.
