If you have ordered Manuscript Formatting and have received a negative comment about the formatting in the paper that we returned to you, contact us and send the following files:
- The paper that the journal reviewed
- The journal editor's or reviewers' comments
Once we have that information, we will evaluate your request and contact you with a solution within one business day.
Journals sometimes have different formatting requirements for papers that will be reviewed than for papers that are published. This means that your formatted paper may not look like the papers published in the journal.
