How do I get my tables and figures reformatted?

Follow
If you need to have previously formatted tables and/or figures reformatted for a new target journal or to reflect changes introduced since the previous round of Table and/or Figure Formatting, please email us at support@aje.com. Likewise, if you would like to have new tables and/or figures formatted according to the guidelines of your target journal, we are here to help you purchase Table and/or Figure Formatting as part of your existing order.

In your email to AJE, please include the following information for the most efficient processing:
  1. The name and URL of your target journal (e.g., Nucleic Acids Research, https://academic.oup.com/nar/pages/General_Instructions)
  2. A list of the exact tables and/or figures that need to be formatted, including any new tables and/or figures
  3. For larger, multi-paneled tables and/or figures, an itemized list of any changes made to ensure that nothing is missed during the Table and/or Figure Formatting process

Please also attach the related files to your email. For Figure Formatting, if you still have the original/native file used to create your figure(s) (in GraphPad, Origin, or R, for example), Please try saving (or exporting) the figure from the original software as an .eps or .pdf file. If you used PowerPoint, Word, or Excel, we can use the figures from these programs directly, but it must be the original file the graph was created in.

Please note that any new or substantially changed tables or figures will incur an additional fee. A team representative will provide you with a quote for these new additions before proceeding with Table and/or Figure Formatting.

If you are a Premium Editing customer who requires re-editing and reformatting of your tables and/or figures, please include the information requested above when you upload your manuscript and any related table and/or figure files.
