- The name and URL of your target journal (e.g., Nucleic Acids Research, https://academic.oup.com/nar/pages/General_Instructions)
- A list of the exact tables and/or figures that need to be formatted, including any new tables and/or figures
- For larger, multi-paneled tables and/or figures, an itemized list of any changes made to ensure that nothing is missed during the Table and/or Figure Formatting process
Please also attach the related files to your email. For Figure Formatting, if you still have the original/native file used to create your figure(s) (in GraphPad, Origin, or R, for example), Please try saving (or exporting) the figure from the original software as an .eps or .pdf file. If you used PowerPoint, Word, or Excel, we can use the figures from these programs directly, but it must be the original file the graph was created in.

Please note that any new or substantially changed tables or figures will incur an additional fee. A team representative will provide you with a quote for these new additions before proceeding with Table and/or Figure Formatting.
If you are a Premium Editing customer who requires re-editing and reformatting of your tables and/or figures, please include the information requested above when you upload your manuscript and any related table and/or figure files.
